I have been saying from day 1 that I believe Allen Helms has an agenda bigger than heading up a nonprofit corporation. I believe he is in it to dissolve the corporation by blowing this dam.

Below is a page from the conveyance to HPca. This is why he keeps underminig the dam and doesn’t want it rebuilt. It is being allowed to be chopped down right before your very eyes.
