The purpose of this article is to have some documentation to refer people to after they have listened to the caterwauling, gossip, and downright lies the fake hoa people are still spewing. There are now those who have somehow joined their bandwagon for miles around. Sadly misled and gleefully riding along the bumpety road to chaos and confusion and separation from the truth and God. Playing hell rather than healer merrily along the way. So here you go. Here are the documents in their own words — they were trying to make us into an HOA. They lost, they are big mad and making big smoke. It has and continues to cost our business money. Ugh.

One sunny summer day a lean old man put a flyer in my mailbox then went on his way down the road to fill all the mailboxes in the neighborhood. I looked at the flyer, then looked at the man walking down the road. “Sir Sir, I began running after him. Excuse me. He stopped to look at me. “Sir I don’t belong to an HOA. You can take this back.” He shrugged his shoulders and went off.

I’d just like to mention in the diagram below you see a picture of a cracked pipe with a yellow sleeve going through it. That is what the salvage company “blue” told the fake HOA boys to do to repair that pipe “sleeve the pipe” but they did not sleeve the pipe. They poured and stuffed sakrete and concrete in on and around the critical infrastructure until it could take no more.

From that point on a neighborhood battle ensued that has not ended to this day. I believe this white collar gang thought they would slide two separate subdivisions into HOA status then rope about 175 homeowners into the repair of the already failed but not totally collapsed yet dam. The dam to date would cost about 6 million dollars if rebuilt to City and State code according to the ADCNR. No one in Highland Park wanted to be an HOA. They remained silent about it intimidated by the white collar gang. They pretended to hate me to protect their flower pots if you know what I mean. Neighbors said, “If they make us an HOA I just won’t pay it.” A lot of people said that not realizing if the white collar gang had pulled it off then the homeowners would have had to pay the assessment. The fake HOA people (white collar gang) claim to this day I lie about them wanting to make us into an HOA. A few of us banded together and fought back able to hold them back for now. But their wrath has poured out like all hell fire fbecause we lost them a big fat cash cow they had intended to hand down to their children I’m sure. Here is a small bit of a huge collection of discussions of them wanting us to merge to form one big HOA. It has been crazy. You say “They can’t do that.” Well, yes they could if they could have just pretended their way along for enough years new people coming in wouldn’t know. The idea would have been accepted as normal to collect dues for this HOA. So here is some of the documentation I refer you to when you hear them call me a liar. Read it and decide for yourself.

Notice a lawyer by the name of Jason Smith is involved in the 2018 HOA “buy-laws” questions and the 2025 opinion piece for Mike Damoff publicized by Allen Helms on Facebook and Nextdoor. The only thing Allen exposed in his widespread post below was his ass. Sad and tragic that there is no justice for what happened here. Just an unlawful scheme that unwound badly.

“The real estate” agent who lives in Highland Park and promoted the hoa in this neighbor added an hoa fee of $8.00 (100/yr) on every house she sold in Highland Park Subdivision and Lake View West Subdivision for many years.

I fought this and faced death threats, veiled threats, mass public humiliation campaign and it continues. The latest was an interview with the fake hoa guys on our local news channel WKRG.

My church had tagged us that they loved us bu tthe HOA members decided to tag us too.

They were going to sweet talk us into being an hoa. We stopped them after a long hard fight. But they still rail against me on social media, terrorize me, and try to publicly discredit me. They’re still as noisy as the day they started their campaign.
