These stories deserve to be heard—loudly, clearly, and unapologetically. They must not be silenced by the shadowy, hostile mob from Mobile, Alabama, who prowl the Nextdoor App with the sole purpose of terrorizing others.
This well-known vigilante group has made it their mission to target individuals they don’t agree with, attacking both in isolation and as a collective force. Their tactics are merciless: harassment, insults, bullying, vandalism, and relentless reporting to get their targets’ accounts taken down. Worse still, they appear to relish the chaos they create. Behind closed doors in private chats, they conspire on how best to “deal with” people they have decided don’t belong—planning vendettas against those individuals whose voices they seek to erase. They’ve even gone so far as to manipulate leads and moderators to join their cause, warping votes to strip others of their ability to speak freely on the platform.
This isn’t just bullying; it’s a calculated campaign to cancel and destroy people who dare express themselves. Below, I’ve shared a message for public awareness because this is personal. I, too, have been a target of these vigilantes. For years, I have endured their insidious attacks, their sinister threats veiled and overt. They’ve even talked about murdering me—yes, murdering me—and appear to delight in toying with my fear and humanity. It is a long-term pattern of behavior for this group and always a new recruit. Unfortunately their Nazi brown shirt tactics are only growing not only against me but against others as well.
These stories are urgent. These stories are real. And they cannot be silenced, no matter how hard they try. Below is the post they wanted silenced today. It was removed from the app. I will appeal the removal based on potential biased voting.
You can roll your eyes and say you’re tired of hearing about it but until the vigilantism stops, until the problem is resolved you will continue to hear about it. The goal of the vigilantes is to make so much noise daily, to beat the bushes, to wear us all out that Nextdoor takes their target off the platform. That has always been their goal. It doesn’t matter whether the posts they make about me are true or not. They are posting I’m a fraud, that I’m misappropriating grant money, a scammer, a harasser of the elderly, a child molester. It is constant it is over the top. I thought it was illegal but apparently it’s just funny entertainment these days. Below is the post the Nextdoor vigilantes wanted silenced.
Someone has anonymously paid the $50 property tax on the HPca parks, dam, spillway, and lake. The taxes were paid two days after they came due. Although, we do not know the motive of the giver I will take the high road and assume it was with good intent. So, thank you. And for the group that thinks if they pay the taxes on the land it will give them some kind of ownership (it has been discussed in the hate group). Well, below is a quote from AI on that topic for the state of Alabama. In the meantime, if you meant well I am so thankful for you. If you did it out of ignorance or spite we’ll let God sort that out. In the meantime if you want to donate to this community garden and wildlife habitat You can bless us here. https://highlandparkcommunityassociation.com/ Just a little history, from 2015 the fake HOAx people paid 150$ every year for the taxes. I told them that was unnecessary to go to the tax rev dept and negotiate that price but they never did and just kept collecting HOAx dues. They paid the tax from 2015 to 2019. In 2019 I became responsible for paying the tax debt. Faith Lods paid it until she died in 2012 then the Bodifords paid it for a couple of years. In 2015 the treasurer of the fake HOAx people went to the rev dept and there was, from what I could see, a manual override that kind of wiped all previous taxpayers and put in the name of that treasurer of the fake HOAx. After I was elected President of HPca I negotiated with the tax dept for the cost of the land to which they brought the tax down from 150$ to 50$. Yes, we have the records. For public knowledge and education, Google says, “In Alabama, if someone anonymously pays your property taxes, you benefit from the payment, but the anonymous payer does not gain any ownership rights to your property. This action is considered a gift and does not automatically transfer ownership. Here is what happens in this situation: No change in ownership: A third party cannot simply pay your taxes and take your property. Ownership is transferred through a deed, not by paying taxes. Adverse possession is unlikely: While paying taxes is a required element for an adverse possession claim in Alabama, it is not sufficient on its own. The person would also have to openly and continuously occupy and treat the property as their own for the statutory period, which is typically 10 years, and there would likely be a full trial if you opposed their claim. The city accepts the payment: The city or county tax office will accept the payment as long as it is for a valid tax bill. The payment is usually applied to the property’s tax account, and your bill is cleared. You still need to be vigilant: While the payment is generally a positive event, it’s wise to investigate who made the payment and their motives. This is especially true if it happens repeatedly. Contact the tax assessor’s office to find out if they have any information about the payer. Potential for a gift tax: The person who paid your taxes may be liable for a gift tax to the IRS, depending on the amount. This would not affect you as the property owner.” My post here today is to shed light on the fake information being spread by fake ND accounts and misguided souls regarding HPca and myself. It has reached an alarming level of internet harassment and defamation. It is criminal in nature. It is malicious. Please fight internet harassment, bullying, trolling go against community guidelines on ND by reporting it when you see it. If you see it report it. Thank you.
